Job Description:
1. To identify the needs of the prospective and existing customers.

2. To ensure the team performs efficiently & productively.

3. To plan and strategize the action plan in the assigned territory/branch/region.

4. To ensure the revenue and recovery target of team and self is achieved.

5. To ensure relationships are maintained with the customers.

6. To ensure self and team is aligned with organization values and vision

7. To possess a broader customer network and be able to capitalize the same.

8. To ensure that the team and him/herself is able to identify decision makers on the customer's end.

9. To be updated with the current market trend and upcoming opportunities in the microbiology (food/pharma/agri/cosmetic) industry.

10. To appoint dealers and generate business through dealers in the assigned region.

11. To exhibit leadership & People management skills in order to achieve required results.

12. Identify the product development / improvise needs from the customer's end and communicate the same to the respective team.

Should be able to explain the technical USP to the prospective clients.

14. Should have ability to generate high-value sales.

15. Required skills of planning, recruitment, leadership, handling negotiation and organizational skills

16. Should able to execute brand building exercises as instructed by the organization.

17. Should be able to monitor accountability / cash flow / recovery of the payment for credit control accounts for the assigned territory

18. Know how to motivate the team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Experience:
- managing a sales team: 1 year (preferred)
- branch, area, or territory sales management: 1 year (preferred)
- microbiology industry (food / pharma / agri / cosmetic): 1 year (preferred)
