Ryte Engers Consultants is a growing engineering consultancy firm involved in structural engineering, infrastructure consultancy, project coordination, drafting, and technical support services.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Director in handling office operations, client coordination, scheduling, documentation, and daily management activities.

Job Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and reminders

Maintain confidential documents and records

Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations

Client & Project Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams

Follow up on quotations, tenders,



invoices, and project updates

Support project documentation and submission processes

Assist in preparing proposals and office communications

Office Management

Manage office administrative activities

Coordinate office purchases and vendor communications

Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion

Organize files, documents, and digital records properly

Personal Assistance

Handle travel arrangements and appointment scheduling

Assist with personal coordination tasks when required

Manage priority-based reminders and follow-ups

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualified attitude and smart coordination capability

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Solid follow-up and task management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

5-10 years experience a
