Principle activities
- Ensure that daily check sheets are followed by Jumpers & Line people.
- Ensure proper communication between the team, regarding daily customer complaints & action to stop recurrence.
- Monitoring the performance of shifts in terms of productivity, quality & safety.
- Ensure training for the operators and jumpers wherever necessary.
- Inspiring the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
- Arranging daily team meetings, focusing on targets, Quality topics,



customer complaints & achievements.
- Ensure that the rework is completed online with all the procedures.
- To attend daily meetings of production team.
- He / she should work across any Production lines and different customer lines at any defined / assigned positions by Supervisors.
- Ensure Uninterrupted flow of material in all areas, ensure that the 1-piece flow is followed & Errors are communicated on time to avoid the harness stuck in line.
- Monitoring adherence to quality system.
- Focus on reduction of customer complaints & action to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain 5S Culture on Production shop floor
- Coordinating with supporting functions like logistic, Engineering, Maintenance, quality control, etc. to ensure
- smooth running of production line.
- To ensure that all the line observations made by quality team is closed with proper analysis.
- Working on 8D of internal & customers complaints & audit action plan
