Job Title: US Healthcare AR Caller
Experience: 1-5 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with US insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and reimbursement issues.
- Work on prior authorizations, referrals, and claim status updates.
- Coordinate with clinics, providers, and insurance teams for resolution of pending cases.
- Manage escalations and time-sensitive healthcare accounts professionally.
- Update claim details and notes in healthcare systems and payer portals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely AR follow-up.

Required Skills:
- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Operations (Voice Process preferred).
- Hands-on experience interacting with clinics and insurance companies.
- Strong understanding of:




- Prior Authorizations
- Referrals
- Provider & Insurance workflows
- Excellent English communication skills with strong verbal clarity and professionalism.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, payer portals, and healthcare systems.
- Ability to handle escalations and meet TATs.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or Care Coordination.
- Familiarity with US insurance plans like Medicare and Medicaid.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and authorization guidelines.
