We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers or prospects
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when needed
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer objections politely
- Positive attitude and patience
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Qualification
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass / Any Degree
Experience
- 1-4years preferred
- Freshers are welcome
Salary
