The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate quotations using the company price master, including product specifications, finishes, lead times, and shipping terms
- Maintain complete and current records of every enquiry, quote, and follow-up in the CRM Coordinate internally with the design, production, and logistics teams to confirm pricing, customisation feasibility, and timelines
- Prepare simple product presentations and catalogue extracts for client requestsShare a weekly enquiry pipeline report with management

What We Look For




- Excellent written English — polished, warm, and precise; you will be writing to clients who expect refinement
- Background in pre-sales or inside sales (real estate, export houses, hospitality, B2B) preferred
- Comfort discussing premium price points without hesitation
