GOEEN Electric Vehicles is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage vehicle and spare parts dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, challans, and transport documents
- Ensure accurate inventory movement and ERP updates
- Coordinate with transporters and track shipments
- Maintain dispatch records and MIS reports
- Ensure timely, error-free deliveries

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, and dispatch documentation
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Industry: Automobile, EV, Manufacturing, or Distribution
