Job Description: In Process Quality Control Executive

Job Summary:
The IPQC Executive is responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during the manufacturing process. The role ensures that products meet predefined quality standards at every stage of production and helps in reducing defects, rework, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Monitor production activities to identify deviations and defects.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Perform line clearance before production starts.
- Check raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods during production.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for defects.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
- Support audits (internal & external) and maintain compliance.




- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control tools & techniques.
- Understanding of inspection methods and standards.
- Familiarity with measurement instruments. (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination ability.

Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing (Freshers can apply)

Working Conditions:
- Work in a manufacturing/shop-floor setting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
