We are looking for an experienced Creative Director who can lead campaign strategy, visual direction, content messaging, and outbound marketing initiatives for technical and industrial-focused clients. This role requires a unique combination of creative leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technical ideas into compelling marketing campaigns.

About the Role

You will help transform technical concepts, product knowledge, and customer pain points into visually strong, commercially effective marketing campaigns that align with each client’s brand identity and business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, outbound initiatives, product launches, and trade show promotions
- Develop campaign messaging, creative concepts, and content strategies
- Create creative briefs for designers,



developers, writers, and digital marketing teams
- Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, customer pain points, and sales goals

Client & Product Collaboration
- Work directly with client leadership, marketing teams, sales teams, and technical product managers
- Translate technical product information into clear and engaging marketing content
- Help clients structure ideas into scalable marketing campaigns and content systems

Brand & Visual Direction
- Maintain visual consistency across all campaign assets and platforms
- Guide designers, animators, video editors, and content creators
- Review and approve creative work to ensure quality and professionalism
- Ensure campaign assets feel connected and aligned across all channels

Content & Messaging Leadership
- Shape campaign messaging, positioning, headlines, CTAs, and outbound sequences
