Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning setting for children.
- Guide teachers (for senior teacher) in lesson planning, teaching methods, and classroom setup.
- Conduct age-appropriate learning activities, storytelling, rhymes, and creative sessions.
- Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain classroom discipline with care and positivity.
- Observe and track each child’s progress and share feedback with parents.
- Ensure proper classroom hygiene and child safety standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for events and curriculum planning.

Requirements:
- Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and caring personality.
- Freshers with good communication and child-friendly nature may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
