Manage collections and recovery for the assigned Education Loan portfolio in Delhi NCR region.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly collection targets for early and late buckets (soft and hard collections).
- Oversee field recovery executives and agencies, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify delinquency trends and take preventive actions.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for settlement, repossession (if applicable), and legal action on chronic defaulters.
