Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions and ensure an excellent post-sales experience Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to drive conversions Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and issue resolution Maintain customer records, sales tracking,



and feedback reports Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:✔ 1-2 years of experience in Sales / CRM / Customer Relationship roles✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills✔ Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities✔ Self-motivated and growth-oriented attitude
