About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and shortlist actors for web series, films, OTT projects, and digital content.
- Coordinate auditions, look tests, callbacks, and talent meetings.
- Maintain and update talent databases, actor profiles, and casting records.
- Build and manage relationships with actors, talent agencies, managers, and industry professionals.
- Assist casting directors and creative teams in fulfilling casting requirements.
- Track and scout emerging talent across the entertainment industry.
- Ensure smooth coordination between talent, casting teams, and production departments.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in web series casting is mandatory.:
- Experience working with casting agencies, production houses, casting directors, or OTT projects.
- Strong network of actors,



talent managers, and industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple casting projects simultaneously.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience casting for OTT platforms, web series, films, and digital content.
- Good understanding of audition processes and talent management.
- Passion for discovering and nurturing new talent.
