Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the institute.
- Maintain accurate records of student fee collections, refunds, and outstanding payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and related tax documentation.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors,



banks, and government departments.
- Process vendor payments and maintain expense records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and institute expenses.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Support management in financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Prior experience working with a CA Firm will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
