Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Develop financial controls and SOPs across all outlets.
- Monitor outlet-wise profitability and business performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and government authorities.
- Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiencies.
- Support business expansion, project financing, and investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and labor laws.

Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, FMCG, or multi-unit operations preferred.
- Robust understanding of taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, and financial modeling.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
