About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives for our rapidly growing solar business in Uttar Pradesh.

Your role will involve meeting customers, explaining rooftop solar systems, conducting basic site visits, following up with leads, and helping customers throughout the sales process.

Training will be provided.

This role is ideal for people who:
enjoy talking to people

are comfortable with field work

want to grow in sales and business

are ambitious and willing to learn

Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with interested customers

Conduct customer meetings and site visits

Explain solar systems and savings to customers

Collect customer documents for loan and subsidy process

Maintain customer relationships and follow-up regularly

Coordinate with office team for installation and documentation process

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Good communication skills

Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge





Comfortable with field sales and travel

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory

Telecom sales

Insurance sales

Real estate sales

Field marketing

Freshers with confidence and learning attitude
