Key Responsibilities
- Concept development
- Design presentation
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects (residential/commercial/interiors).
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Work on software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools. (for 2d and 3d )
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Support in preparing presentations, 3D models, and renderings.
- Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision when required.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Help in material selection and
- Project documentation.
- Vendor selection.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Word, Excel.:
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools (Lumion, V-Ray,



etc.)
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Solid design sense and creativity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlinesQualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of local building bye-laws (Gurgaon/Haryana)
- Experience in residential or commercial projects
- Basic understanding of site execution
- 1-2 year of relevant work experience (internship experience may be considered)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
