Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead and manage impactful strategic global compensation initiatives and HR projects. The role requires solid expertise in compensation frameworks, HR systems implementation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Compensation & Benefits projects across the organization
- Drive implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, coordination, testing, change management, training, and post-implementation support.
- Partner with various stakeholder to ensure compensation strategies align with organizational objectives.




- Develop and maintain compensation structures, grading frameworks, salary ranges, and pay equity practices.
- Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.
- Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives related to compensation and rewards.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for Global management and leadership review.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners where required.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations preferred.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
