About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.

Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing calendars and coordinate promotional activities.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and external agencies when required.

Digital Marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.

Content Creation
- Coordinate photo and video content creation.
- Develop creative concepts to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and marketing.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with lead generation and digital advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
