We are a rapid-growing B2B drafting and modeling agency servicing construction-related companies in the USA. We deliver high-quality shop drawings, BIM coordination, and 3D modeling across major commercial projects.

The Role

We don't need buzzwords; we need clean lines, accurate models, and speed. You will be responsible for taking project inputs and turning them into accurate technical drawings. You will work directly within our production pipeline, executing drafts and rapidly implementing technical feedback from our Senior QA Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Modeling: Generate high-quality shop drawings, 3D models, and BIM coordination packages based on client specifications.
- Workflow Discipline: Manage your daily tasks inside ClickUp—moving project cards from In Progress to Ready for QA upon completion.
- Rapid Revisions: Review redlines and markups moved to the Needs Revision folder by our QA Director, execute the fixes quickly, and resubmit.
- Template Adherence: Strictly follow project standards, sheet layouts, and formatting rules provided for each job.





Required Technical Skills

You must have strong, hands-on proficiency in at least two or more of the following tools and disciplines:
- Core Software: AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Rayon, Archicad, or RebarCAD.
- Disciplines Covered: MEP coordination, Concrete reinforcement, Masonry, or Structural Steel detailing.

Core Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional drafting experience. (US project exposure is a massive bonus, but you will be guided directly by our QA Director).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to catch your own basic errors before submitting files to internal review.
- Communication: Ability to understand technical English markups and comments clearly.
- Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a capable workstation running the required software stacks, and power backup.

How to Apply

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
