We are seeking a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Manager of AI Search Strategy & Client Success to oversee our unified search optimization platform. In this role, you will quarterback a powerful tool that integrates SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization) into a single ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, managerial position. You will be responsible for mastering the platform, translating complex AI-driven data into actionable growth strategies, and acting as the primary strategic partner for our high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Strategy Management
- Unified Search Governance: Oversee daily operations of our proprietary/partner AI tool, ensuring seamless execution across all four pillars:
- SEO: Traditional organic visibility, keyword strategy, and technical health.
- AEO: Optimizing content structure for voice search, featured snippets, and direct answers (Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant).

Developing strategies to ensure client brands are cited and recommended by generative AI engines (Perplexity, Google Gemini, OpenAI Search).
- AIO: Maximizing visibility within broader AI-driven algorithm updates and ecosystem feeds.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret complex data aggregates from the platform to identify multi-channel search trends, algorithmic shifts, and content gaps.
- Workflow Optimization: Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to scale the platform’s output and efficiency.

Client Management & Consulting
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, translating dense AI metrics into clear, ROI-focused business insights.
