Job Summary:
Responsible for providing IT support, maintaining systems and network operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of hotel/resort technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain PMS, billing, and resort management systems
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and connectivity issues
- Install and configure systems, desktops, and devices
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support
- Ensure data backup and system security

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT support
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Knowledge of hospitality software/PMS preferred

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science
- 1-4 years experience in IT support

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
