Job Summary

MTS Easy Fin Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Officer to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote financial products and funding solutions to MSMEs and corporate clients. The role involves field sales, relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective clients and explain financial and loan products.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain client records and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Loan Advisory, Insurance Sales, or Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
