Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to pharma clients and healthcare businesses
- Explain company products and services professionally
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
- Update customer details and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is preferred
- Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer handling is a plus
- Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM follow-ups
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach
