Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and company services to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth client onboarding.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
