Team/Role Overview
The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for supporting Local Markets Treasury (LMT) to design and deliver business and technical solutions on strategic business priorities / initiatives, controls and governance, and regulatory requirements specific to LMT. These tasks may include managing internal/external audits,
business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary, and manage ad hoc projects as requested.
Markets Treasury is globally responsible for managing Citi’s Bank liquidity outside of the US Markets
What you’ll do
- Work in close partnership with Markets Treasury business in the countries and the global business execution managers to coordinate efforts and help ensure successful implementation of business projects related to internal and regulatory commitments, and other business initiatives
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Citi Treasury, Risk groups, Controllers, Finance, and other supporting functions to set up appropriate governance and controls
