We are building our in-house engineering team and are looking for a high-ownership technical leader to help shape our technology, architecture and engineering culture.

Job Overview
- Role: Lead Engineer & Full-Stack Architect
- Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Office Address: Hi - Life Mall, 5 mins walking distance from Santacruz station, Santacruz West, Mumbai.
- We expect you to have your own Laptop & a good wifi service.
- Experience Required: 3-5+ years preferred
- Salary - Rs. 70K- Rs. 1,00,000 per month (Negotiable basis experience)
- We are looking for a highly capable engineering leader who can help stabilize, scale,



and modernize our technology systems while building solid engineering practices.

You will work across:
- Backend systems & APIs
- Cloud infrastructure & Deployments
- Engineering standards and team building
- Platform scaling and modernization

What we're looking for:
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals
- Experience building and scaling systems
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams
- Comfortable with high ownership and autonomy
- Passion for operational excellence and clean code

Technical Skills & Experience

Experience with some of the following is preferred:
- Strong backend engineering experience with React, Node.js and modern JavaScript ecosystems
- Experience building and managing production-grade backend systems and APIs and webhooks.
- Cloud infrastructure and deployment experience, preferably on AWS
- CI/CD workflows and deployment automation practices
- Database optimization, indexing, and backe
