Key Responsibilities: Interactive Teaching: Conduct engaging learning sessions using positive reinforcement and child-centric teaching methods. Lesson Planning: Implement daily lesson plans that focus on foundational academic skills, cognitive development, and interactive learning. Progress Tracking: Assess, track, and regularly report on each child's educational progress and milestones. Skill Building: Teach young learners early study habits, listening skills, and collaborative behaviors through group activities. Safety & Environment:



Maintain a highly secure, clean, and positive classroom environment where children feel safe and supported. Job Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare (Freshers are welcome to apply). Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and a nurturing demeanor. Preferred Skills: Prior experience or training in early childhood education, school readiness preparation, or special education is a plus.
