About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Marketing Specialist - Operations to support and execute digital marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, marketing automation programs, and customer engagement strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, spending, and ROI optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion rates.




- Drive growth marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve performance metrics.

Marketing Automation & WhatsApp Marketing
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using WATI and similar automation tools.
- Design automated customer journeys, lead nurturing sequences, and communication workflows.
- Develop chatbot and BOT-based campaigns to improve customer engagement.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Monitor automation performance and implement improvements for better customer experience.

Meta Marketing & BOT Workflow Management
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Create and optimize BOT workflows, lead qualification funnels, and automated response systems.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
