Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime software.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients for Tally-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, accounting, GST, inventory, and data-related problems.:
- Conduct Tally software training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Guide clients on Tally features, accounting processes, GST compliance, and report generation.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist clients with data migration, backup, restoration, and software upgrades.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain support logs, service reports, and customer records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support services.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime.
- Experience in Tally software installation and configuration.
- Ability to provide client training and user support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Accounting, GST,



TDS, Inventory, and Financial Reporting.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and remote support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.

Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant degree.
- Tally Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Tally Support, Tally Implementation, Technical Support,or Accounting Software Support.
