Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and resolve payment-related issues.
Prepare and maintain customer ledgers, aging reports, and collection reports.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with project, billing, and finance teams for accurate invoicing.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and customer communications.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Assist management with MIS reports and cash flow planning.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, 26 AS reconciliation and invoice management.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry preferred.
