Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Summers) & 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Winters)

About School: La Joie, a leading Montessori-driven preschool and primary years institution, is seeking a highly driven, business-focused professional to lead our core administrative verticals.

We are looking for a strategic leader who understands that administration is not just operations — it is business growth, parent trust, conversion excellence, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions growth through counselling, parent engagement, and conversion strategies
- Lead and manage Admissions, Front Office, and Accounts departments
- Monitor business performance, growth metrics, and institutional numbers
- Strengthen parent interaction, trust-building, and relationship management
- Handle sales pitches, objections, and admissions challenges effectively
- Optimize operational systems, reporting structures, and administrative efficiency




- Build accountable teams with strong leadership and performance orientation
- Proven experience in admissions counselling, parent conversion, and educational administration
- Robust business acumen with understanding of revenue, performance, and growth metrics
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and leadership skills
- Technically proficient in reporting, systems management, and process optimization
- Growth-minded, solution-driven, and highly numbers-focused
