1. Order Management & Validation
Manage end-to-end dealer order tracking, ensuring accuracy of details such as SKU, quantity, specifications, timelines, and payment terms, while maintaining updated records in ERP/CRM systems and coordinating with sales for any clarifications.

2. Demand Analysis & Production Planning
Analyse dealer demand, convert it into structured production plans, and support prioritization based on dispatch timelines, stock availability, and business requirements, while aligning with weekly and monthly planning.

3. Production Coordination & Monitoring
Coordinate with the production team to raise orders, track progress against timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure output aligns with confirmed dealer commitments.

Allocation, Dispatch & Dealer Coordination
Manage allocation of finished goods based on orders and payment status, coordinate dispatch and logistics, track shipments, and provide timely updates while resolving any discrepancies.

5. MIS & Reporting
Prepare and share accurate MIS reports covering order inflow, production status, dispatch tracking, allocation, order aging, and demand vs. supply insights to support decision-making.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
