-Project Planning & Scheduling - Plan, organize, and manage ongoing projects simultaneously. Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth project kickoff and execution. Ensure work progress aligns with approved schedules and targets.

-Execution & Coordination - Supervise overall site execution activities through Site Engineers and Supervisors. Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance as per Powertech standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to field teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project operations.

-Material & Procurement Coordination - Review project material requirements and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the Purchase and Store departments for timely material availability. Monitor material consumption and control wastage at site.

-Progress Monitoring & Reporting -Review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports from all assigned sites. Conduct regular site visits and project review meetings. Track project milestones, identify delays,



and implement corrective actions. Maintain updated data in R-Dash ERP or project management tools.

-Billing & Documentation - Verify measurement sheets, abstracts, and client bills prepared by site teams. Coordinate with accounts for submission and follow-up of client payments. Maintain proper documentation for all project activities and approvals.

-Team Management - Guide and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Trainee Engineers. Ensure proper manpower allocation across projects. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and accountability at all project levels.

-Client & Management Communication - Act as the main communication link between management, clients, and project teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
