Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Torii SaaS Management and Automation Specialistfor a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms or complex tech products.
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, legal, or finance background).
- Understanding of API integration and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep-dive analysis.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams.




- Ability to work in a quick-paced, complex environment with multiple concurrent system changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee end-to-end administration of contract metadata within Torii. Maintain accurate records for ownership, renewal timelines, and license allocations.
- Track Workday updates and conduct internal data investigations.
- Perform direct contract reviews and cost analysis.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure high accuracy and resolve gaps.
- Build API integrations and automated provisioning/offboarding workflows.
- Ensure existing integrations with internal tooling are functioning properly.
- Manage contract metadata, renewal calendar, and license usage reporting.
