Location: Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support employee engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
