The Lead Document Controller is responsible for managing all technical documentation flow between Pall, Vendors and Client.

This position reports to the Global Shared Service and Program Manager and is part of the Global Program Management Team located in Pune India and will be an in office role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- _ Lead Global Technical Document Control team_
- To manage all technical documentation flow of the engineering, project management,



procurement in order to ensure documents control within Company standards.
- Develop and improve documentation management system (VAULT)
- To manage team to make sure that deliverable documentation meet customer requirements.
- Associate reported to DC Lead are expected to work autonomously under its control.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Reviews of Vendor and Customer documents to comply with submission requirements.
- Ensure integrity of revisions of technical documentation and delivery of global labeling and content.
- Interacts with other department on their expected workload and distributes it to the document controllers.
- Receives any query or claim for customers and responds with the right action plan.
- Supports other Team members by providing them with necessary training as per their development plan.
- Holds the daily action review meeting. Responsible for all Visual Mgmt. and Dail
