Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js with strong focus on accessibility and user experience.
- Contribute to frontend architecture alongside Tech Leads.
- Integrate backend APIs and manage complex state and user interactions.
- Participate in automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI workflows.
- Suggest improvements in technologies, libraries, and code quality.
- Work in an agile setup with UX/UI, backend, and product teams.
- Participate in ’s frontend initiatives: code reviews, tech discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Our stack includes React.js, Next.js, with backend in Node.js and FastAPI. React Native knowledge is a plus when mobile-friendly solutions are required.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Professional Experience
- Proven work on React.js projects, ideally in modular/micro-frontend environments.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in React.js/Next.js and ecosystem (Hooks, Router,



Redux/Zustand/Recoil, Context API).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (or styled systems like Tailwind/Styled-Components).
- Good practices in state management, side effects, and component lifecycle.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility (a11y) and UX principles.
- Familiarity with build tools and CI pipelines (Webpack, Vite, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Bonus: Knowledge of Vue.js or Angular.

Soft Skills

- Solid communicator and team player in cross-functional environments.
