Overview

The Global Business Solutions Center is a team of 1,200+ professionals that deliver services and solutions to all Mastercard business units and regions. Our scope ranges from payroll and accounting to sophisticated automation solutions and process redesigns.

In this role, you will:




- Develop and drive multi-platform communication plans for global project implementations
- Research, recommend, and adopt innovative communication methods that improve engagement, quality and efficiency such as automation and AI
- Track and report metrics for audience engagement with communications
- Help prepare content for and present at internal communications events, such as town halls, fireside chats, and panel discussions
- Collaborate with colleagues to elevate deliverables

- Experienced communication professional with the ability to translate complex information into clear and relatable stories that generate understanding, influence opinions, and inspire change
- Utilizes strong business acumen to refine communications for maximum impact
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and develop insightful updates for executive stakeholders
