Shift : 9:30AM to 6PM - Monday to Saturday (Sunday OFF)

Job location: Plot no. 62/27 panchratna green industrial park 2, pirina to paldi kankaj road, 382425

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations with timely filings.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, reconciliations, and compliance matters.
- Manage import and export accounting and documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bill of entry, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
- Handle foreign remittances, export incentives, and reconciliation of international transactions.




- Maintain internal financial controls and supervise accounting team operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Import & Export operations.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in import-export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange regulations and banking procedures related to exports and imports.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
