Job Title: Tally Software Support Executive

Location: Panjim

Department: Customer Support / Technical Support

Reports To: Support Manager / Service Head

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support
- Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for TallyPrime.
- Resolve customer queries related to accounting, inventory, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve software, data, and synchronization issues.
- Maintain support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Training & Implementation
- Conduct Tally Prime implementation and setup at customer locations.
- Provide user training on accounting, inventory, GST, payroll, banking, and reporting modules.
- Guide customers on best practices and process optimization using Tally Prime.
- Assist in data migration and master creation.

Compliance & Functional Support
- Support customers on GST, TDS, TCS, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill functionalities.




- Assist in statutory updates and compliance-related configurations.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure smooth statutory report generation.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Prepare implementation reports and support activity reports.
- Update knowledge base and SOPs for recurring issues.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades, renewals, and additional solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and development teams for issue resolution and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / Any Commerce Graduate.
- Certification in Tally Prime will be preferred.

Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Tally support, implementation, or accounting.
- Freshers with strong Tally and accounting knowledge may also apply.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime.
