Job Title: Center Head

Location: Yendada, Visakhapatnam
Reports To: Franchise Owner / Academic Coordinator (Regional Office)

Role Overview

The Center Head serves as the overall in-charge of the preschool, Daycare and NTT center’s day-to-day operations. The role demands robust leadership, communication, and people-management skills to ensure smooth functioning, high-quality academics, parent satisfaction, and team motivation. The Center Head acts as the bridge between management, staff, parents, and the brand’s academic team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of both the preschool and NTT programs ensuring adherence to brands’ curriculum and quality standards.
- Ensure all classes run smoothly — from lesson planning, class setup, to delivery and review.
- Maintain student-teacher ratios and ensure appropriate class distribution.
- Coordinate with the academic support team for curriculum updates, events, and teacher training.
- Plan and execute school events, celebrations, field trips, and workshops.




- Manage logistics — cleanliness, safety, supplies, maintenance, and infrastructure readiness.

2. Admissions & Marketing
- Lead student and trainee admissions by conducting inquiry calls, center tours, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets for both Preschool and NTT.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and social media activities to increase visibility.
- Maintain inquiry records, follow-up trackers, and admission reports.

3. Staff Management & Training
- Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff in coordination with the management.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-the-job coaching.
- Motivate the team to deliver high standards in teaching, care, and customer service.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave, and appraisal records.

4. Parent & Student Engagement
- Build strong relationship
