We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented professional to join our Horizontal Bright Annealing team in the role of Shift In charge.

Job Purpose:To manage HBA shift operations efficiently, ensuring high-quality output, cost-effective production, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- HBA Operation Management: Oversee daily shift operations of the HBA to ensure consistent production of high-quality stainless steel coils.
- Production Planning Execution: Execute production plans to achieve maximum output with optimum resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Process Control: Monitor annealing parameters such as furnace zone temperature, tension, TV, degreasing tank PH as per SOP to maintain product specifications.
- Quality Assurance:



Monitor coil quality, defects and ensure compliance to product specifications and customer requirement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide HBA operators, and technicians to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to HBA, coil defects, and process deviations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of HBA line equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory of Coils, Unikleen, and other consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of production data, process parameters, downtime analysis, and improvement actions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety rule implementation, work permits, LOTO, 5’S housekeeping and statutory compliance during shift operations.
