Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
- Handle complete production activities of Wet Wipes manufacturing.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per planning.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production efficiency.
- Supervise production lines including:
- Cross Fold Machines
- Z Fold Machines
- PLC-based Machines
- Maintain smooth production flow with minimum wastage.

Team Management
- Manage production staff, machine operators, and helpers.
- Allocate manpower as per production requirements.
- Train operators on machine handling, safety, and SOPs.
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.

Machine & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.




- Ensure proper machine settings and production parameters.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for in-process quality checks.
- Maintain production records, batch records, and reports.

Planning & Inventory
- Coordinate with stores and procurement for raw material availability.
- Monitor consumption of fabric, lotion, packing material, and chemicals.
- Ensure proper production planning to meet dispatch timelines.

Reporting
- Prepare daily production reports, machine performance reports, and wastage reports.
- Report production status and operational issues to management.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Wet Wipes manufacturing process.
- Hands-on experience with Cross Fold, Z Fold, and PLC Machines.
