About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through multiple channels.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on performs like upwork, freelancer, linkedin (B2B preferred).:
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.




- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Track and report performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation on performs like upwork, freelancer, linkedin (B2B preferred).
- Robust understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving growth targets.
