Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Sales, and Digital Marketing profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals.
- Strong understanding of IT and Digital Marketing recruitment.
- Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
