This role involves a blend of communication, research, and technical skills — ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, interacting with people, and organizing information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term, positive relationships with doctors to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective doctors to take order/complaints
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure doctors are happy with products/services and their overall experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services based on doctor’s needs.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits (dog/cat products)
- Work closely with the sales team to help identify potential leads or recent business opportunities within existing accounts
- Perform internet-based research using search engines, databases, and online directories.:
- Collect, validate,



and organize data into structured formats (Excel, Sheets, or CRM tools).
- Analyze data trends, prepare summaries, and assist in creating analytical reports.
- Edit, merge, annotate, and format PDF files and documents for internal and client use.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in MIS reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
- Excellent research and internet navigation skills (Google, LinkedIn, business directories, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.:
- Sound knowledge of PDF editing and conversion tools (Adobe Acrobat, Small PDF, Nitro, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software, lead management systems, or survey too
