- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ requirement, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell services based on available things

Qualification : Any Graduation (Except recent B.tech passed outs)
Shift : Night shift (US rotational)

Solid phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are required.
