We are looking for a performance-driven ABM Marketer who can build and execute targeted

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) professional who can identify

high-value target accounts, run LinkedIn outreach and paid campaigns, and execute

growth.

CRM workflows, and B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting enterprise and SMB

accounts

-Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns including Sponsored Content, Message Ads,

Lead Gen Forms, and retargeting campaigns

-Build segmented prospect lists and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)

Lemlist, Instantly, or similar platforms





-Execute WhatsApp marketing and nurturing campaigns for lead engagement and

follow-ups

-Coordinate with sales and creative teams to align messaging and campaign strategy

-Track campaign KPIs including CPL, CTR, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

-Set up automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences

-A/B test messaging, creatives, and campaign funnels

-Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth

marketing

-Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager

-Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools and CRM integrations

-Good understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and conversion optimization

-Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

-Robust analytical and communication skills

-Ability to work independently and execute campaigns end-to-end
