Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the Contract/ Clinical Research Services,



with a focus on building client relationships, securing contracts, and expanding the company’s footprint in clinical research, regulatory consulting, and related healthcare services.

This role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to establish the business pipeline from scratch, identify recent opportunities, and position the company as a trusted partner for sponsors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare sectors in existing and emerging markets.
- Expand CRO (Contract Research Organization) service portfolio, including clinical trials, regulatory support, and data management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, social media, and online platforms to pitch CRO services.
